Patient Preparation & Guidelines
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled scan slot to complete documentation.
- No Metal Objects: Jewelry, watches, hairpins, and metallic keys must be kept outside the scanning room.
- Medical Implants: Inform our technician if you have pacemakers, artificial joints, or metallic heart valves.
- Contrast Scans: If your physician has ordered a Contrast MRI, a blood test for Creatinine (kidney function check) is mandatory beforehand. Fasting of 4 hours is required for contrast scans.
